Fast Idle Problems
hello all
i am having idle issues with my 99 Expedition
it is an XLT with the 4.6L and the motor will
spuratically idle (when in neutral) up to 1500 rpm
900 rpm when i gear
does not do it all the time though
i have to date changed the following
IAC motor - 4 times
TPS once
O2 sensors
cleaned injectors
pulled top of the throttle body off and cleaned all of the carbon out
I have just put a ned Jet Chip in it along with a Jet
Power Flow Mass Air sensor on it
and a new Magnaflow muffler
everything i have done will not correct the idle problem
when i change the IAC motor it straigntens everything out for about 2-3 weeks then it starts all back over again
does anybody have a clue what may be causing this
