Power Steering
I have a 1970 4wd F250 highboy with a 1979 disc brake D44 HD front end. I am putting a cross over system in, so I need a side to side movement.
What steering gear would work
I have a 1979 F350 4x4 steering box but it looks like it wont fit, because it mounts inside. with my original manual steering box (mounted to inside of the frame) it was already tight. The cross member and the radiator make it hard to believe I could make it work.
I have read a few discussions which say my saginaw 4x4 box is the best which adds to my confudion.....
Does anyone have any ideas on which box will work???? or if the one I have can be made to work.....
I can provide shots if it is helpful. Thanks ahead of time fir anyone who can add some insight.
