I have an 03 fx4, with the 5.4. I recently recieved my new edge w/attitude. Now i have been playing around with it for about 2 weeks now. All of my trials have been with 93 fuel. My truck is completely stock, except for the drop in k&n air filter, and the programmer. B4 i did and test with the truck i did a 0-60 test. Stock it was 9.4. With the truck on level 2 and some timing changes and shift firminess changes i managed to get an 8.2. Then i tryed it on level 3 and i could not tell any performance difference from level 2 to 3. Is this bc i still have the restrictive stock exhaust? My current setting on my truck are, level 2, wot shift points at 5300 rpm, for 1st-2nd, and 2nd-3rd. My shift firmness is at +3 for 1st-2nd, 2nd-3rd, and my timming is at +2. My truck will run a consistant 8.2 from 0-60.
I know that this is a new product, and im sure other people have asked some of the same questions, but how is everyone else running there setups? And has anyone else had the same issue with the level 2&3 performance being the same?
Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
