flat bed

I have an 85 f250 diesel and i was wondering if anyone has installed a flat bed on one of these trucks I am a welder by trade and have access to steel and a welder at any time just lookin for tips on how to build one that doesn't look silly on a single wheel truck

I saw an 92-93 f150 with a utility bed that was used for a lawn mowing service. It looked pretty decent, he even sloped the rear down before the ramp so the mowers wouldn't high center when loading. It looked just like the trailers that everyone uses.
just an idea

Main thing that makes them look bad is the extra width, just build it cab width and it won't look so bad. Build some side boxes and it will look even better.
