I kind of suspect that he knows that Mike...
Actually I remember it as Wil-E-Coyote, but it all sounds the same.

Dang, maybe this is why I have so much trouble with spelling - I always thought it was Wiley B!

Wile E. Coyote and Road Runner
It's an eternal battle of need versus speed, aggravation versus acceleration. Throughout Road Runner and Wile E. Coyote's careers in over two dozen Warner Bros. cartoons chronicling the duo's encounters, their classic chase formula has never lost its tension. The luckless Wile E. comes up with increasingly elaborate and seemingly foolproof schemes to snag Road Runner who, oblivious to the danger, always eludes the pathetic coyote's painstaking plans.

And, yes, I will be posting more pictures. I am working on them now - I have over 1000 pictures to go through.

The SCTA people promised me press credentials so I have to produce a few articles - at least one on FTE, and maybe a couple on Old-Fords.

About the only place the press gets to go that the paying public does not is the timming shack, the radio station, security tent, and, with an escort, to the end of the tracks. All seem like interesting places to be, so I asked.

I used to be a real reporter with a real newspaper, accredite by the State Police - but those credentials have long expired. The local newspaper has offered to sponser me a time or two, but I don't like writing for free.

Of course, if it is features about trucks and hot rods it is a different story.
