Polyurethane or Original Body Mounts

Just wondering if it's worth the money to buy the original mounts or to use polyurethane. I don't want to have a bouncier ride ,but I really cant afford to spend almost $300 on body mounts. I will wait though if the polyurethane is a bad idea.

Personally, I like Poly. I don't have any poly body mounts, but I've used poly sway bar bushings, shock and trans mounts with excellent results. It's an upgrade over rubber IMHO.

I doubt if you could tell any difference with body mounts, since they would flex very little. The poly will outlast rubber by a good amount, though.

If you get the poly make sure they are the ones impreginated with graphite. Otherwise in about 1 month the truck will starting squeeking like you can't believe. The poly is the right way to go if you get the oned with graphite. Everthing on my truck is that type now. Plus they come in all different colors and it looks neat from underneath when you are crawling around fixing something else down there.
