Block heater install

Hi, I got the parts from the stealer, $47 cord and all. Anybody got any advice/instructions on installing this myself. Which freeze plug, how to remove it, how not to screw up the replacement plug, how to orient the element..etc

04 F350 V10

Thanks

Maybe I got a good deal, but My truck didn't have one either and one of the local shops installed it for $60. Which means if you paid $47 for parts I only paid a whopping $13 for labor, heck I've paid more for car washes then $13, lol. Sorry, cann't really help you but thought you should maybe check around and then you won't have to deal with it at all and you could just take your parts back.

All I can find is a fuzzy picture in my service manual, showing it (it looks like) in the second from the front freeze plug on the driver's side.
