'05 Expedition audio ?'s

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.
I have some questions hopefully you can answer.
I have an '05 Expedition EB w/6disc in dash - no nav or dvd.
I am trying to find specs for the HU output and stock speakers ohms.
My goal short term is to match up some decent aftermarket drop ins - prob 5 1/4"
in the doors. Polks or crutchfield carries a 2 ohm JBLs.
Also info/specs for the fact sub & amp. Again would like to drop in a matched 8" - for now. While in there for that come up with something a little (lot) better to work on for the future.
I'm no electronics or sound wizz. I like decent & clear sound. The factory stuff is usable but I also like to tinker a little. I don't have time to bother local guys (wish I did) and the ones I have talked to like to rip and replace, which I don't have the ching for right now. Besides this will be Momma's ride - for a while.
