IAT Sensor
does anyone have a clue as to where my IAT sensor is. i must be looking at the skematics wrong from the dealership. because i cant find it. my truck is a 2001 f-250 with a 5.4 v-8. the dealer says its in front of my "air box" but i cant seem to locate it. or could it be that i dont have one at all and the skematics from the dealership are wrong. i know wat one looks like and im not illerate when it comes to mechanics. any help would be appreciated.

ok this helps out tremendously. i have a small circuit that will put the IAT in closed loop mode and alow more fuel to get fed to my engine for more power. but is it gonna be accessible to get to without raping my MAS to hell and back. any more help on this would be greatly appreciated. thnx

what your doing then is changing the resistance of the iat or fooling it to think that the intake temp is colder than it really is.which will alter the injector pulse width an a slight timing change,
