Use a propane torch to heat the block around the distributor.
Use an oil filter wrench to try to turn it.
Tap on the aluminum housing to get it to turn; son;t hit the vacuum advance. It won't so any good, and may help break the housing. Vacuum advances are cheap.

You may end up destroying the whole thing just to get it out, but the core charge is not much on a replacement.

Step one: Buy a new distributor.
Step two: Beat the stuck one out of there.
Step three: Install the replacement.
Step four: Have a cold beer and congratulate yourself on a job well done.
