Does anyone know of a drop-in bedliner that will fit a '66 longbed styleside. There's damage to nearly every panel on the bed. I don't want to invest the hours and money to prepare the bed for a spray-in liner. I will use the truck as a weekend driver and to haul the occasional loads every homeowner must haul. This will not be a show truck.
It seems to me that a spray on would do you better then a plastic liner. Only cause you'll get water and who knows what else under the plastic, doing even further damage to the bed. You should look in to the do-it-yourself roll on bed liner, cheaper and strong enough for your daily use. Just a thought. I did a spray on for my bed liner see my pics for how nice it came out. but you should be alright with the roll on do-it-yourself kind. Good luck
I agree with Gangstakr; but if in your neck of the woods is like my area there's a local plastic bedliner dealer; I recommend driving over there and just place a liner in your bed and see, The wheel well's will be your probably area.
As noted, probably could have a custom bed liner made to fit. Came across an article where owner applied couple coats of bed liner to a flareside w/ wood bed. Not sure would apply to wood bed, may come out better on all metal, in my opinion. There is also what is referred to as bed rugs, Protecta bed mats, or simular. List the bed mats for 74 Ford beds and above, don't believe much size difference between 61-66 beds. Also, they offer a universal mat cut to size. Anyhow, couple additional options to consider. Seen them in 'Summit Racing Equipment catalog, or try the Truck Customers dot com web site.

Dave, I tried one of these in my 66 a few years ago, it did not work, the fender wells were differant, in a differant location than the 66. I went to a spray in liner, a Line-X. Allen
