429 4V E-85 Compatibility?

429 4V E-85 Compatibility?
I have a 1979 F-250 that i plan on dropping a 429 4V V8 from a 1984 Ford bus. I plan on rebuilding the engine for performance and i want it to be able to run on E-85. What i want to know is if there is any special considerations i should take in building the engine besides of course the entire fuel system. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

ok since you already know that the fuel system will need to be changed to be compatiable I know you have atleast done some researching on it. Biggest thing with E85 is the higher octane so getting the compression ratio up so you can actually utilize the higher octane as an advantage would be your major consideration.. the only problem with doing that too much is that you then have to run 100+ octane fuel, major advantage is you can get more power out of it doing that.
