E4OD Shift kits... Suggestions/ideas?

Howdy folks. I was finally able to get a new tranny for my truck. It was out of a 96 Bronco and has 30,000 on a rebuild (I have all paperwork for it.) The Bronco was totaled and I picked the trans up for dirt cheap.

Before I put it in, I want to put a valve-body shift kit in her. I would also like to get the B&M electronic shift improver.

I guess my question here is, would I benefit from having the valve body shift kit installed, plus having the electronic one? Or would ya'll go with one or the other? I like the electronic one do to its simplicity and just being able to flip a switch and have it shift firmer, especially while I'm towing and what not. But on the other hand, the valve body shift kits have proven themselves throughout the years.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

An E4OD is already electronic.
Computer controlled.

Transgo make a very nice kit for them.
