Fly stopper
Ok Guys/gals Here is a question. I went to the music store to buy some strings for my guitar. On the door was a ziplock bag about 3/4 full of water taped right to the glass. They clame it scares the flys due to the way the light bounces off of it . anyone ever heard of this?

What's funny is that it works well at my dad's place (right next door to me) but not at my place.
I did see a TV show about "home cures" or something, they said when eating outside, put a stick of mint gum next to your plate and it would keep the fly's away.
