Power Window Circuit Breaker Location '02 XLT

Hello!

I have a 2002 Explorer XLT with the V8. None of my power windows will work. Since all the windows have failed at the same time, I believe that it is a fuse or circuit breaker. The wiring diagram I have shows that there is a 60A fuse in the BJB and a 15A fuse in the power distribution box, neither of which have blown. In addition, there is a circuit breaker that is located in the BJB for late 2002 and beyond models and in-line for early '02 models. Unfortunately, mine is an early '02. I was wondering if anyone knew the location of the in-line breaker.

Thanks in advance!
