81 F100 door fitting 92-96

I have an 81 f100 lariat, will the doors from an 92-96 f150 fit? Will there be any gap or rubbing issues or will it be a straight on fit? I also have pwr windows and locks, and I know the 92-96 XLT's had pwr mirrors, will there be any wiring issues i should know about? Thanks for the help

Didn't the 90s years have a diff sheet metal shape on the side?

It will be a straight fit.

The sheetmetal differences srecrcr is describing is a small "beauty" crease at the bottom of the door.

The window size and the vent wing are different sizes, and the door panels are different, but that shouldn't affect anything, putting 92-96 doors on a 1981, but it would look odd to me.

Now putting a 1980 to 1991 door on a 1992-1996 will have problems because the larger vent wing will interfere with the dash of the 92-96. But the window and vent window are easily swapped. etc...

There will no doubt be wiring issues but not sure how bad.

It may just be as simple as removing some wires from their connectors and rerouting and reinserting them into your older doors power window connectors. It may be harder than that though. I do not have "reliable" diagrams for the 1987 to 1996 trucks, but the wire colors for the power windows seem to have remained the same, since 1981. But I cannot guarentee that.

hope this helps

Thank you for the help guys, now on to next problem. I changed my oil yesterday, when I put the new oil in, I put 5 qts in first started the motor ran it 5 minutes, shut it off checked the dipstick after about 2 minutes, showed barely any oil on the dipstick, so I put another qt in it checked it was just on the halfway mark, so I put another qt in it checked it it was right on the full mark. Now, my engine it running a little rough, kinda like it's hesitating, even at a high RPM. Did I put to much oil in this or is that the correct amount. For the record, I just drain out about a half a qt, is this enough or do I need to drain more out. Thanks for any help
