sport model

I am going to look at a 2000 4x4 sport ex cab with tow package ,is sport just a name or is it something special,it has the 4.6.

A family member has a Sport and the only thing special about it that I can see is it has 17" alloys, painted body color bumpers and "Sport" graphics.

Some have a different front lower valance too with round fog lights.

I think the different valances were only available on the 04 STX Heritage edition. I may be wrong though. But yeah, the Sport is just an appearance package.

I think you are right, the valance came with the STX package, but it goes back quite a few years.
