Brought home a Excursion today!

Traded in the wifes 03 venture for an 05 Excursion, v-10 limited 4x4 today. I think we did pretty good. It has 21K miles and we got it for 27K. Had togo up to the bay area to get it, but the dealers in the valley are asking 34K and up for the same trucks. We have 4 kids, 9,7,5,2. and the venture was just too small. We rented an excursion last year on our trip to Ohio. Cant wait to start the upgrades.

That V10 is a great engine. Congrats on your new purchase! And welcome to FTE!

Now go order a rear sway bar!

With 4 kids you will REALLY like it. When our kids were growning up we had a "new" 77 Olds vistacruiser. Great having the space. Don't make vistacruisers anymore but I own an Ex. and the kids are grown. You will really like it. Jim

I would have liked to. But her venture was on the way out, and couldnt find a diesel configured like we wanted.

Took everyone for a ride last night. Was great!

Good for you Cuda!! I just got mine recently and is it waaay cool! I take everything in it, 3 kids and work stuff and well... it rocks having a luxury truck! You guys will love it, good for you and I have read the V-10 is a fab engine, just try to resist the urge to jump on the throttle all the time to save some gas and, it will likely just idle around town anyway.
