Valve adjustments

Might sound a bit ignorant, but that's nothing new for me

Anyway, do the 2000 Ranger 3.0 FI engines need to have their valves adjusted? I have about 100k on mine and haven't even considered adjusting the valves.

Hydraulic lifters, therefore no adjustment needed for the life of the vehicle. Any noise would be to degradation or failure of a component.
