Well lets see, is your ride a 4X2, or 4X4???
How many miles on it & what kind of miles???? Do you off road or do a lot of towing, or mostly around town on hard surface roads????
Does the "click" sound come about when your turning, accelerating, stopping, backing up????
Did it begin after some event, or slowly over time????
I'm thinking maybe a universal joint, if the sound is more of a metallic "ping".
Or maybe something as simple as a gravel stuck in the tread.
On the air bag light question, is it the passenger side air bag light thats on, or the one in the instrument panel????
If it's the instrument panel one, is it on steady, or blinking a code, if so, post the code number/s it's blinking????

On the air bag light, if it's the instrument panel one thats flashing, try doing a search for "air bag codes"
There are several recent therads about this, with the flash codes listed, on this forum.
For some reason I can't get the link for thread 512612 that covers this, to work.
On the noise question, seeing as how it's a 4X4, with 78K & you do mixed driving & I assume that means some off road, so that opens up more possbilities, especially if you have a two piece rear drive shaft.
We need some more descriptive terms from you on, when it began, when it happens & under what driving conditions.
Is it loud, is it constant when moving, does it make the noise everytime you drive, did it come about suddenly after some event, or slowly over time.
("event") could be a driving session, something that happned during a drive session, a service, or repair, a weather event, ect, ect.
