V 10 3 valve muffer

Ok can you change the muffer V10 3 valve and not loose power or mpg. What have you guys done. Thanks for the help Nick

mbrp cool duals . just a tad to loud. needs some type of rewsonator, but what a exhaust bark! gas milage is up by maybe .5 per gal. and no problem running other then that it wants to get up and runs it's six off.
