Question

starting problems

I have a '91 Ranger 4.0 V6 4x4. It cranks up then cuts back off and I was wondering if anyone would know what some of the possible causes may be.

Possibly the fuel filter. See if it will continue to run by spraying some type of flamable liquid into the intake.

Check the fuel pump itself, it may be bad also.
