With your PSD running and the truck stopped, push on the brake pedal, then apply throttle until the boost builds up, then release the brakes and floor the throttle. Depending on how much throttle you gave it and how much boost the turbo built up, you'll either launch hard or spin the tire(s). That's a Power Brake.
Side effects could be quickly worn rear tires, a hotter than normal transmission, possibly burnt trans fluid if it's done excessively, or a ticket from your local constable on patrol.
