03 e-350 4.2 lacks power
83k miles completely tuned up plugs wires all new. fuel pressure 32 psi which is in spec. Idles fine but lacks power severly. doesn't shake either but when rpms rev up really high it starts to break up and you hear all kinds of knocking from engine . it feels like a timing issue but i know timing is computer controlled and not adjustable does anyone have any ideas please help. could the ecm not be advancing the timing for some reason?
