Thinking about purchasing a ReadyLift Leveling Kit for my 2005 Screw 2WD 5.4L and was wondering what my FTE community has to say about it. Consider I'm on a budget and the ReadyLift is $229. I can't afford much more than that but am really in love with the pics of the leveled trucks on this board. The last thing I want is to destroy my handling and I learned a long time ago you get what you pay for. So I'm leaving this in your hands and want to thank you for your comments up front.
P.S. I got a $500 bonus at work and am purchasing the Edge Evo from DPP. That leaves $175 and you can see that $229 is just above that. Got the wife's ok on the $229 but if anybody can think of a better upgrade than the lift kit I'd be interested to know. I have a roll-up tonneau cover, Gibson dual split exhaust, K&N series 77 CAI and have improved the sound system with Sony head and Polk speakers all around. Thought quite a bit about an Airaid TBS but am scared to death it is a scam. Any ideas?
