Fender Support Rods
I am missing the fender support rods on my 53 F100 that I am putting together. Could someone provide the dimension from the center of the hole on the end that bolts to the cowl to the end of the threads on the opposite end? I plan on fabricating a pair.

Interesting, your working on the same thing I am. That hole is 3/8'' but remember the end with the hole has a slight bend to get a straight line to the radiator valence part. The bend is about 2 and 3/4 away from the end bolting to the firewall piece and is probably only bent 10-15 degrees. Not a bad idea to make your own but I've seen them new for around $20 each. Hope this helps.
