differance between a 5.4 and 6.0

differance between a 5.4 and 6.0
yaaa I know one takes unleaded and the other spews black fire breathing smoke.....yadd...yadda ... 
what i what to know is what the weight differances between the two motors are..
and do the trannies weigh the same between the two?

Pulling out my 2006 sales brochure:
F250 Reg Cab
Engine GVWR Max Payload
5.4 8800 3200
6.8 9000 3200
6.0 9400 3000
Leads me to believe the V10 is 200 lbs heavier and the diesel is 800 lbs more
running the nubers with different configs lead to different results ie 700 lbs. Seems pretty high but 700 seems to come up allot on other configs. Maybe someone else can help
