Has anyone stacked the ts 5x loader with the ts mp8 and what do you think? I have a "05" 6.0 with 4" exhaust, A.F.E. intake, & just added the 5x loader with the mp8. I started with the 5x loader and was very happy but wanted the quick adjustability of the mp8. I set the 5x loader on the 100 hp setting & the mp8 on about half and can honestly say to anyone hold on. I had a 04 6.0 and tried just about every tuner and module made. When I baught my "05" I added the edge plat. and could only say it was so so. From the different programers and modules I've tried ts has been the best. The prolbem I found with most power upgrades was trany shifting prolbems. The more power the more prolbems. It seems ts has addressed this prolbem and with the 5x loader, shifting is firmer but not a drivetrain smasher as I found with outher programers. All Ive read about in these forums is how good the SCT is and wanted to know if anyone has tried the 5x loader , the mp8, or both.

Reason: adding to question
I have a 04 PS SD Crew with 8" lift and 36" Mud Grapplers. I have a SC FlashPaq and its set on 100hp. I just added a Quadzilla 160hp modual. There are no other mods on this truck at this time but let me tell you, it ROCKS!!!!!!!! This truck will smoke the tires in 1st and 2nd gettin sidways all over the place in any of the settings. I havent found a Mustang, Camero or any Import Tuner yet that can touch it. Not all stacking works, but if you know the right combo, it will kick A!!!!!. I took my wife for a ride the other night and when it came out of low into 2nd, it pinned her back in the setbelt so far she couldnt breath. I had to reach over and set her free!!!!. Good Luck with all your future stacking.
I was just reading in one of the diesel perfomance mags that 6.0's should not be stacked. No personal experience though.
If you were reading Diesel Power as I think, they were against certain ones. Some, such as the Edge Juice Platinum and Edge Evolution, were designed to be stacked. After reading that article, I decided to buy the Evolution and stack it with my Juice. The combo works excellent. The Evo firmed up the shifting and transmission controls in a way that the Juice alone could not. It also added a bit more power by setting for tow mode. It all depends on the way in which the chip or tuner works. They must be compatible.
