2000 E350 A/C Fan Speed problem

I'm having a problem with fan speed.
When It's on low - it works fine, when I put in on second speed - it still runs on low speed, other 2 speeds are fine.
I thing it should be a resistor or something somewhere, but I'm not sure though.

Any ideas???
Thanks

Also, where do You guys order parts and is there online ford parts system?
I have a BMW as well and there is a site www.realoem.com for BMW parts where You put last 7 digits of Your VIN and You can look up the right part number.

Thanks

Click on the word "SHOP" in the banner at the top of the screen, then select SPONSORS. Browse away.

Your fault is the speed selector switch or it's wiring to the resistor. Possibly an internal connection fault in the resistor assy, but that would be somewhat less likely than the switch or the connectors.
