Intake Numbers

Ok the AIS is in and here are the numbers vs stock on a 30 mile interstate drive @ 70mph

Friday 8/4 - 98 degrees ambient:intake air temp 105 - 107; Manifold Air Temp 120 - 122; back pressure 2.3 - 3.1psi

Monday 8/7 - 100 degrees ambient: intake air temp 99 - 102; Manifold air temp 113 - 117; Back pressure 2.6 - 3.5psi

1. I am guessing that the increase in back pressure is due to the fact that i'm getting more air in but cant get any more out with the stock exhaust and this will change when the MBRP's get here.
2. The turbo seems to build pressure a little faster if i'm reading the gauges coorectly (MAP - BARO = boost)
3. Whistle is a little louder (turned off the radio to hear it better) but not loud enuff to be a bother

What kind of boost numbers were you running at those temps? I've found that boost number play a role in manifold air temps.

Well I had version 4.2 at the time and there was an issue with reading the MAP pressure correctly so I left those out. But I make this drive twice a day durring the week so I will try to get some new post AIS boost readings now that I have upgraded to 4.3
