My first suggestion is to clean the ground on the coil or replace the coil if you haven't already. I guess you could use an ohmmeter and measure the resistance in the ds2 wiring and match it up with the factory specs. And do the same with voltage. IMO, weak spark is better than no spark when it comes to diagnosing. Good luck.
