My 05 SCAB FX4 started getting better fuel economy after about 10,000 miles, like my 2000 and 2002 F150's. Power did increase on my other F 150's a small amount, but not much. I've been running a programmer since around 6,000 miles or so, so I don't know if the power has gotten better on the 05 or not.

Im sure most of you already know, but for those that dont, I will remind you. Regular oil and air filter changes, and proper tire preasure are some cheap and easy ways to make sure you are getting every mpg out of your truck. Low tire preasure is a killer on mpg. But I'm sure most of you already know that.
