Im gonna be redoing my rear driver spring on my 1995 f150 extended cab longbox. In an effort to make it easier and avoid breaking things im gonna leave the main leaf in and just replace the broken spring thats in the middle of the pack. I already bought new ubolts from the dealer but for some reason they dont carry the centerbolt as a matter a fact one dealer thought it went through the axle! My question is what grade of bolt should i get or do i dare reuse the one that i have.
Well i bought a set of springs from a boneyard so i have 3 potential centerbolts to use but my dads mechanic buddy said that its a one time use stretch bolt.
