Fuel additive
Has anyone tried Lucas fuel additive for 6.0 L powerstroke? Can you use it
at the same time with Stydine fuel additive. Lucas seems
to lubricate the fuel system but does not say anything
about raising the cetane levels. Also what about oil additives?

Do a search and you will see that this subject has been started three times this week with the exception of the Lucas additive. It's been discussed many times before.
Only additives to use are either Stanadyne Performance Formula or Diesel Kleen Grey bottle for Summer and White bottle for Winter months.
I use the Stanadyne because it does everything, but it's harder to find so I order a case at a time.
No Oil Additives...Just regualar oil changes with properly rated oils.

Ive got a friend with an 05 Dodge who uses Lucas every other tank. He has not had any porblen others have had with a Dodge...Might be the Lucas. I use Lucas in my 03 Honda Civic HX when I go on a road trip...Never had a problem with it either....I Stanadyne in my 04-6.0...Good Luck
