Expy fuel tank issue
I have trash in my '00 Ford Expedition fuel tank which is absolutely full, we have tried fuel cleaners, and replaced the fuel filter which helped for about five miles. Can I drain the fuel tank before dropping it? And, is it necessary to drop it to clean sludge out of it?

You could remove the fuel line from the filter and most of the fuel may siphon out into a fuel container. Then you can drop the tank. If it is clogging the filter after 5 miles, it will need to be dropped and cleaned.
