Looks like what is called the Kwik conversion on the 7.3 forum. It should easily be big enough as it is round and has lots more area than the one in my 2001.

yeah, i needed a new filter box anyways so i opted to go this route. besides, it's 100 times better than a k&n

Well this weekend is gonna be a rough one, gotta change valve cover gaskets, injector harness and put new o-rings on all injectors. on top of that i gotta take care of my wife who got an epidural (sp) wed. and isn't doin so hot (yup, the medical roler coaster lol)
