Bad Senders??!!
could a bad oil sender make the dummy light come on and the gauge read zero..... plus my water temp dummy light is on but the gauge is reading dead cold... could that be a coincodince that both the senders went bad or is there a problem with the harness? also has anyone ever instaled a blow off valve in the turbo system on a 99 f250 with the 7.3 thanks for any info anyone can give me.... i need all the help i can get

Those 2 sensors are fairly far removed from each other until they meet in the main trunk behing the fuel filter. Check the 42 pin connector over the driverside valve cover might just be some corroded pins. But again these trucks DEMAND 2 good batts when 1 gets a little weak the truck will crank and run but all sorts of little electrical gremlins start to appear.
