89 ignition problem

89 ignition problem
When I start the van and the ignition is all the way forward in the "on" position I have no blower or signal lights/dashlights.
When I turn the ignition back towards "off", but stay in the "on" position the blower and signals work.
The problem seems to be getting worse. I seem to be having to get closer to the "kill point" on the ignition in order to have a working blower and signal lights.
Anyone have this problem?
Solutions?

was the switch guys, thanks. When I unplugged it the switch fell out in pieces lol
Glad I replaced it.
Would have been nice to know beforehand I'd need a tamper proof torx to get it out! lol
