rust paint for frame

hey guys i was wondering if any one has ever used this stuff http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/I...D:100000159618
i am looking for something to paint my frame with to stop the rust.

Your link didn't work but I think Rust Bullet may be your best bet. They advetise here and it requires little prep depending on the condition of what you want to treat.
