Water Pump
I was changing the oil today and noticed stains(dry) on the lower radiator hose under the water pump. I plan to change it out later on this month when I'm on vacation. I read another thread about changing the low pressure oil pump when installing a new water pump. I dont have a mechanical oil pressure change yet, but what are the symptoms of a weak pump? I have 287000 miles. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. I also plan to change upper lower hoses t-stat housing and t-stat while I got it apart. Anything else y'all can think of? It's way easier to get the parts first. Many thanks!
