New Shocks - How Much $

AFter 110,000 miles on my 99XLT it seems like time for new shocks. I don't have a place to work on mine (Ilive in an apartment with no garage) and I'm wondering how much labor I should expect to pay a shop to put new ones on.

I haven't decided which ones to buy, although this formum is full of kudos for the Bilsteins. It's easy to price the shocks online, but I have no idea what to expect in labor costs.

Any thoughts?

Def get the Bilsteins, i think they were probably the best upgrade for my Expy. To get the best deal on them go to ebay and search for "bilstein ford". 239 bucks shipped cant beat that!

I've always done mine myself, but I'd guess a shop will estimate 30 minutes per shock at whatever labor rate they charge (~$50/hr. around here). So I'd guess approximately $100 in labor.
