Excessive? Tire noise

05 Sport Trac 2WD 15,000mi 17" Goodyear Wrangler Tires from the factory. Since day one they seem to be really noisey. Anyone else had similar experiance? I am considering replacing them with something else, any recommendations?

Are the fronts and rears noisy? If not, try rotating them.

All 4 seem noisy, But I will rotate them and see if it helps.
