losing power not alt. ???
i have a 97 f150 4.6 150000mi recently changed alt. and battery new sparkplugs and wires. i replaced the alternator when it died the first time, then it died again so figured it was a bad battery. ive had autozone check it and it read good out put from the alternator and i put a new battery in. now it died again when i was driving, the battery slowly drains.....??????

The truck died when you were driving? That puts it on the alternator right there. You can remove the battery from a car when the engine is running, and it will continue to run. If it died, you aren't getting spark because the alternator isn't providing enough power.
