Good luck.
if this is the exhaust manifold to exhaust pipe connection, then there is no gasket....this is a compression cast iron against steel seal, ball and socket concept...
best to cut with cutting torch if bolts are rusted and threads locked....bolt threads back off and loosen when new or bolt head and nut rusts away allowing looseness in joint.....
some on later Aeros use a double ended stud and nuts
replace with salt water marine grade stainless, aircraft grade or grade 8 bolts and nuts if you can find....retorque after 10 hours of use
When I was removing mine, the difficult one was the passenger (right) side. I had to jack up the rear of the engine to get enough room to slide a socket and extension onto the lower bolt. This happened to be the most stubborn of the 4 collector bolts on mine; I broke a socket trying to remove it. By comparison, the driver's (left) side was relatively open, so I had no trouble getting at the bolts.
