a silly little question?

hey guys, I can't figure out what turns on the cargo light on my 1999 f-250 SD. My truck is a XLT, but I can find no dash switch, or switch on teh light itself. I've tried the switch for the interior lights, but that doesn't work either. The bulbs may be blown, but I can't locate anything about the cargo light in my manual. Can anybody en"lighten" me?

It is the dimmer ****. Rotate it till it clicks and the interior lights come on. It prolly is blown.

Cargo light comes on with the interior light. Bulb is probably the culprit here.
