I have a 93 Ford F250 Heavy duty diesel,, with a 7.3 IDI non turbo engine and 4 wheel drive.. I bought the truck in Oct and never had a problem till it got warm in may, the tranny in my truck has a blow by valve for when the tranny overheats, it will release it, by letting fluid out.. so i changes the filter and fluids, but the *******s gave me regular synthetic atf,, it still did it,, so yesterday the radiator blew, so i replaced it and put a new external tranny cooler on it,, and it was doing good untill this hott *** weather today,,, so my thought is,,, is that synthetic messing with my truck, since what was originally was in there was the regular dinosaur oil... or what should i do period???

Can you tell us more about this blow by valve? I've been inside many, many transmissions and I've never seen anything like this. Please describe it.
Synthetic isn't going to harm your trans. Lack of cooling is probably your problem, and if you don't have a cooler in the radiator (I couldn't tell from your post) then it's probably going to overheat.
It overheated twice yesterday,, once when i was driving to get fuel and stop at my buddies house, and the second time later that day when i was one my way to the lake,,, but when i went home last night it did not do it.. the synthetic that i put in it was Valvoline Mercon V/dextron atf
