Sticker residue...

Sticker residue...

Ive had a sticker on my window for some time and I recently took it off and it left that residue. Ive heard to use alcohol and a razor blade, does this method work or is there anything else I can use without going to Advance Auto and spending 10 bucks on something?

I got bored one day and had the same problem as you. I just used a my finger and scratched it off. Took a couple minutes but was pretty easy and effective.

I have used lighter fluid for years on anything I want to remove that is stickey. It kind of dissolves the glue and stickiness. And you can by a plastic container for less than a dollar. Soak the sticker, then use a towell with fluid on it and zowie, it comes off sticky free. Good luck. Mert
