Air Suspention...
Hey guys what's going on my 1998 Expy decided today to have the CHECK SUSP come on any ideas why or what is that all about???

Check the switch over on the passenger side, it's possible something could have bumped or kicked it and turned the air system off. Once, I had my truck inspected for state safety sticker and the inspector who lifted the truck (and correctly turned off the switch prior to jacking the truck up) left the switch off, which I discovered about two blocks from the station, stopped and turned it back on (the CHK SUSP lite was on.) That could be it for your case. Just check it. Otherwise, it could be a whole litany of things going on with that system.....check all the posts...or we'll help you if we can. Most of us with the air suspension have repaired or replaced several of the components over time.

Thanx for the advise but the compresor does kick on everytime I put a load on it and it drops the rear once the engine is shut off and the doors are close, this morning the check susp came on for a slip second when I turned the truck on then it went away, I check on the Haynes book but it doesn't have anything about that...
