Tranny help
hey all, newbie here.
I need help ID' IN a manual 3spd+OD tranny in a 1986 F-150 4x4.
On the passsenger side, I found a metal tag riveted to the case with these numbers. top row-RTS AJ1 AFT
bottom row-E4TR JA 0029
not sure if these are the numbers needed so found these on drivers side.
E4TR 7006 AA

I need to know what type of fluid to putin. in past exp. all manuals use gear lube, but I cracked open the one and only plug on pass side an out camE ATF, and a lot of it. I just bought the truck and am going through everything to makle a safe driver. Thanks for all and any help. Mike
