HELP stuck in 4 low
Hello this is my first post.
Can anyone help me?
I have a Ford Explorer XLT 2002, it was running great until a few days ago.
I was driving and it went in to 4 low. None of the selector buttons work. I tried the backup method. I think it is the computer. When I turn the car on the 4 low light is on.

This happened to me Monday. I started the car, placed the car in neutral and ran the selector through the 3 options a couple of times. Luckily mine went back into 2 wheel (we were 2 hrs from home at a funeral).
